1. Record you speech in Vocaroo

2. Save it.

3. when you save it you will have an window with some sharing options. Chosse "embed" and copy the code.

4. In Mahara go to "Allgemein" and chooce the icon for "Textbox"

5. Choose "HTML" and paste the code.

6. Save it and it´s ready.
